These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of sabilfinance.com/ (the "Website") and any products or services purchased through it. The Website is operated by Apex Amplify Ltd, trading as Sabil Finance, registered in England and Wales (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Website or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our content — educational purposes only
Everything published on sabilfinance.com/ — including newsletter content, blog articles, course materials, and any other written or recorded content — is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Our content does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice.
We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). We do not recommend specific investments or tell you to buy or sell any financial product. Before making any financial decision, you must seek independent advice from a qualified financial adviser who is authorised and regulated by the FCA.
The value of investments can fall as well as rise. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.
3. Digital products — courses and educational materials
3.1 What you receive
When you purchase a course or educational product from us, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the materials for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
3.2 Access
Course access is provided via our LifterLMS-powered learning platform. You will receive login credentials by email after payment is confirmed. Access is for the individual purchaser only. Sharing login details is not permitted.
3.3 Intellectual property
All course content, materials, and intellectual property remain the property of Apex Amplify Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written permission.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store payment card details on our servers.
Prices are subject to change. The price displayed at the time of your order is the price you will pay.
5. Consumer cancellation rights (14-day cooling-off period)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the date of your order without giving a reason (the “cooling-off period”).
5.1 Digital content exception
If you have accessed your course materials before the 14-day period expires, you expressly consent to the early supply of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once you have accessed the content.
At checkout, you will be asked to confirm: “I consent to immediate access to my digital course materials, and I understand that by accessing them, I waive my right to cancel this purchase within the 14-day cooling-off period.”
5.2 How to cancel (before accessing content)
To cancel within 14 days before accessing content, email hello@sabilfinance.com with your name, order number, and a statement that you wish to cancel. We will refund your payment within 14 days using the same payment method.
6. Refund policy (after cooling-off period)
Outside the 14-day cooling-off period, or once digital content has been accessed, we do not offer refunds as a matter of course. However, we will consider refund requests made within 30 days of purchase where:
- There is a significant defect in the course materials that we are unable to rectify; or
- The course materials are materially different from their description at the time of purchase.
All refund requests should be emailed to hello@sabilfinance.com with your order number and reason for the request. We will respond within 5 working days.
7. The free newsletter
Our weekly newsletter is provided free of charge. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email. We send newsletters via Beehiiv. Your email address will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. User conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Website for any unlawful purpose;
- Reproduce, republish, or redistribute our content without permission;
- Share course access credentials with others;
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract content from the Website.
9. Third-party links
The Website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites. Links do not constitute our endorsement.
Some links may be affiliate links. Where we earn a commission from a link, this does not affect the price you pay, and we only link to products and platforms we have researched and genuinely recommend.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apex Amplify Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Website or our products, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from investment decisions made following our educational content.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service in question.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
